The staff is friendly. My king room was spacious and comfy, equipped with a sofa bed which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty with hot coffee and a variety of options. Will return.

There were brand-new, quiet rooms in which had tubs. Its location was peaceful, very close to common areas and dining options and convenience shopping and about a hour from the French Quarter. It also was in a construction zone.

Excellent hotel in a nice area very close to GREAT eatery and locations and the fact the business center was out of order and both New Orleans.

Amazing customer service, clean rooms.

The room was clean and spacious, giving me plenty of room to unwind. I loved the comfortable bed and enjoyed the good pressure from the shower. The breakfast had a nice variety, and I appreciated the fresh pastries. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I also noticed some dampness in the air. Although I didn't have any issues with the cleanliness overall, the bathroom could have used a little more attention. A few more towels would have been nice, as well. My check-in was smooth, but the checkout process could have been handled better.
